Corrie Shorthose
 
Corrie Shorthose has many years of experience in various martial arts. Kickboxing is Corries chosen path. Kickboxing is derived from Traditional karate and uses a number of karate techniques which are modified to suit the modern day sport of kickboxing. As the name suggests, kicks and punches are used to defeat your opponent.
All classes are delivered with safety in mind and the student will be be taught at their own pace to both attack and defend in a fight situation.
Fighting Fit currently has access to local and national competitions, so the option is available for any student to compete if they so wish, but this is by no means compulsary or expected, it is the individuals choice.
